The PUSD Board of Trustees is seeking up to five (5) parents/guardians of current students and/or community members to serve on the District's Local Control Advisory Committee (LCAC).
The LCAC's responsibility is to advise the Board and the Superintendent about supporting the District’s Strategic Plan with resources from our Local Control Funding Formula. Members will serve a 2 year term (July 2019 - June 2021) and will be selected to reflect the diversity of the school community and the student body.
The members will be selected from those who apply for the position by completing an application (download a copy below) and submitting it to the Pleasanton Unified School District’s Business Services Department, 4665 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 or scanned and sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5:00 p.m., April 26, 2019. Priority will be given to parents/guardians of current students.
Members are required to attend all meetings of the full committee on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Pleasanton Unified School District Offices at 4665 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton. Additional time commitments may be necessary.
