Public Notice - Solar Power Purchase Agreement

Notice is hereby given that on February 26, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon hereafter as practicable, at a regularly scheduled public meeting of the Board of Trustees of Pleasanton Unified School District which will be held at 4665 Bernal Avenue, the Board will consider entering into a solar power purchasing agreement for the installment of solar photovoltaic systems and related agreements, including but not limited to an agreement for battery energy storage. At said meeting, the Board will hold a public hearing on and consider a resolution to adopt findings required by Government Code section 4217.12 regarding anticipated energy cost savings and other benefits the District may receive if the Board decides to enter into the power purchase agreement and related agreements. The resolution, agreements and supporting documents will be included with the Board's regular public agenda for the February 26, 2019 meeting.
