How soon will I get my print job back?

The Graphics Arts Department has a 48-hour turnaround time for standard jobs. For example, if we receive your job on Monday morning, you will get it back on Wednesday morning.

When are you open?

Graphics is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is closed on school holidays. Walk-ins are welcome during those hours, and there is a drop box located next to the door for drop off after hours.

Can I send my print jobs directly from my computer?

Yes. Once you are a registered user on Digital Storefront, all of your jobs can be submitted from your computer.

Can you print in color?

Yes. Just send your original in color, and in the special instructions box, add that you want the job printed in color.

When submitting classroom work, am I charged for collating and stapling?

No. If it is classroom work, we do not charge for simple collating, stapling or cutting.

Do you only do copying for PUSD?

No. Graphics has a Commercial Business License, so we can print for anyone. We often work with parent clubs, non-profits, and small businesses. ‘

Can you print variable data jobs (i.e. merging names with a document)?

Yes. Please call for detailed instructions.

Do you print postcards?

Yes. All postcards that are going to be sent out through the District must be printed by the Graphics Department. We will not only print them and merge the addresses, we will also make sure they are in the proper size, weight and format for the USPS.

Do you offer design and typesetting services?

Yes. We have people on staff that can help with and/or create documents for you.

Do you use recycled papers?

Yes, as much as is possible and still be cost-effective. We also recycle copy errors into free scratch pads and supply scratch paper for testing.

Can I have a job printed on a specialty paper?

Yes. You can either supply the paper, or we can order it for you.

What types of finishing options are available?

We offer several different finishing options:
  • Collating and corner stapling
  • Creating books with cardstock covers and stapled down the side
  • Saddle stitched booklets (stapled in the middle and folded.
  • Perfect bind glue binding down the spine)
  • Hole punching
  • Cutting

Can I walk in and get my job printed?

Yes, workload and time permitting. Our goal is outstanding customer service, so we will do our best to accommodate all of our customers needs.

Do you print business sets?

Yes. We can design and print all of our business related forms, letterhead and envelopes, business cards, memo pads, multi-part forms, etc.
