Agenda Timeline

• Regular Board Meeting Agendas will be published at least 72-hours in advance
• Special Board Meeting Agendas will be published at least 24-hours in advance

Meeting Calendar

Regular Board meetings are scheduled the second and fourth Thursday of each month from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. School Board meetings are open to the public. Closed session begins at 5 p.m. and open session begins at 6 p.m., unless otherwise noted on the final agenda.

Meeting Details

• Board meetings are hybrid format, both in-person and live streamed
• In-person: Pleasanton Unified District Office in the Boardroom, 5758 W. Las Positas Blvd., Pleasanton, CA 94588
• Online: Viewable through TV30. 
• Meetings are also viewable on Comcast Television TV28 and TV29 broadcasts
• Please always check the meeting agenda to confirm the meeting date, time, location, community participation instructions and final live streaming link(s) for viewing
