Board Finance Committee

The Board Finance Committee was established to enhance the communications with the Board of Trustees regarding the District's Budget.

The Committee will meet throughout the fiscal year and twice annually with the independent auditors, to review their preliminary audit findings as well as final findings and recommendations.

Audit Timeline

• Winter: District's independent auditor will present their final findings and recommendations to the Finance Committee
• January: District’s independent auditor shall present their final audit report to the Board of Trustees
• Spring: District's independent auditor will present their initial findings to the Finance Committee

2022-23 Meeting Schedule

Meetings are held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Pleasanton Unified School District Office, 4665 Bernal Ave., Pleasanton. The meeting agenda will be posted below and on PUSD's Simbli website at least 72-hours prior to the meeting.
