Budget Advisory Committee (BAC)

The Budget Advisory Committee was established in May 2024 to assistant the District with budget planning and to make recommendations in the coming years.

• Develop a target range for reductions and revenue generation

• Develop recommendations that prioritize programs and expenditures for reduction and/or reallocation

• Identify revenue generating options to reduce reductions or grow programs
