Performing Arts Scope

• Construct a New Theater with associated support spaces including a Drama Classroom / Black Box Theater, and Two new Music Classrooms with associated practice and support spaces

Athletic Scope

• Construct a new Competition and modernize the existing Practice Gym, including concession facilities, restrooms, locker rooms and team rooms
• Marquee Entrance into athletics facility

Current Status

• The design is complete and has received a building permit through the State of California.
• Excavation for the new Gymnasium is underway.
• Construction of the new locker rooms is expected to be complete for the fall 2026 school year.
• The food service kitchen and servery

Performing Arts Scope

• Construct a New Theater with associated support spaces including a Choir Room, Band Room, Orchestra Room, Scene Shop and concession booth.

Athletic Scope

• Construct a New Competition Gym inclusive of team rooms, Fitness Room, Weight Room, Locker Rooms and support spaces
• Modernize the existing Small Gym.
• Construct a new synthetic field.

Current Status

• Construction is underway for the first phase of work.
