On Jan. 14, the Pleasanton Unified School District's Facilities and Construction team hosted a community engagement event to share updates on the upcoming Pleasanton Middle School Athletic Field Renovations Construction project. See a copy of the presentation.
This project, funded by the Measure I bond program will bring exciting improvements to the outdoor sports facilities, including the conversion of the grass field to synthetic turf, the installation of an all-weather track, renovations to existing grass areas, new play courts, accessibility upgrades, and enhancements to parking and drop-off areas.
During the event, staff presented the latest design layouts and provided a project status report. Construction set to begin in Spring 2025
Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and offer feedback during the open discussion.
