HVAC & Roof Upgrades

The HVAC and Roofing Project was a major challenge as there is only a narrow window (Summer) where we can do this work and not be disruptive to teachers, staff, and students. For this past summer, this improvement project took place at several campuses; Valley View, Alisal, Pleasanton Middle, Harvest Park, and Amador. Alongside replacing the HVAC units, there was significant roofing work done, with the installation of single ply roofing for several buildings at Harvest Park, Pleasanton Middle, and Valley View and replacing several aging roofs at Amador with a new built-up system.

Bidding for packages 3 and 4 has been completed. The low bidder was Bobo Construction Inc. They have begun the procurement process and will be completing these projects by the end of summer 2021.

Packages 3-5 are now out to bid. Bids will be received for these packages the week of November 16. These projects include Alisal Elementary School, Amador Valley High School, Fairlands Elementary School, Harvest Park Middle School, Pleasanton Middle School, Valley View Elementary School.

Packages 1 and 2 are now complete! This included work at Harvest Park, PMS, Alisal and Fairlands.
