Volunteers
A new volunteer clearance application must be submitted each school year. The 2025-26 volunteer clearance application is now available.
Please note: TB clearance is required for all PUSD volunteers. Returning volunteers may upload the same file that was submitted last year as long as the document was issued by a licensed healthcare provider within the last three years.

Please review the PUSD VOLUNTEER CLEARANCE LEVELS & REQUIREMENTS below to determine whether you should apply to be a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 volunteer prior to filling out the volunteer application.
