Volunteers
A new volunteer clearance application must be submitted each school year. The 2026-27 volunteer clearance application is now available.
Please note: TB clearance is required for all PUSD volunteers. Returning volunteers may upload the same file that was submitted last year as long as the document was issued by a licensed healthcare provider within the last three years.
